==Description==
Put simply, Setinel is a floating island city located well above the cloud layer. However, that would not even begin to touch upon the myriad features it possesses, as well as its numerous builds by varying people. It is arguably the largest and most elaborate city in all of New Avalon, and it continues to grow in size. Anyone can build in Setinel as long as they follow these rules: (as quoted from the forum thread)

1. Most important rule: DO NOT TOUCH CHARLIE THE CHICKEN.

2. Ship as many pigs as you can to Alaska!

3. Anyone may build, but before you do tell me (rubix). I (rubix) do not want people building where others want to build.

4. Build to the best of your ability. I (rubix) do not want cobble shacks or similar things!

5. BE CREATIVE. Be original with your builds.
