This was the third official Spleef Tournament to take place in Cubic Worlds.
17 intrepid Spleefers took part, and due to the poor foresight of the host, Masternoj, the tournament was run in Double Elimination. This caused it to run in excess of 3 hours on the first day, and much subsequent strife as the host attempted to round up the remaining pairs of competitors for the lower bracket matches.
In the end, the reigning champion, JakTheMad, triumphed again, although he did lose his first match against the runner up, Masternoj. In third place, konekasi, and in fourth, Fubaka.
This was the first CW Spleef Tournament to make use of a Challonge, seen here: http://challonge.com/CWST3, and was also the first tourney in which the ops were not immediately knocked out of competition.
