This is a co-claim by melaco and jbenjamin.
Peaceful Treeville is an Ewok-style Village, and since this location also has an amazing cave system, they are also going to do a City of Ember. So two towns in one lone location!
The claim is has triangular borders with coordinates:

Note: The forum claim specifies 4 co-ordinates in a square, covering approximately the same area. Not clear why a triangular region was made.
