I took a plan from the internet, then  overlaid a scaled grid, making sure there were 289 blocks from front to back. This gave a measurement matrix I could use to gauge the other dimensions.
 
There was a second plan with the same scale grid overlaid showing the overhead view and the rear view, so I could get those perspectives.
