The Lost Woods is a deep and mysterious forest that resides in Hyrule, obviously based on the place of the same name from The Legend of Zelda; Ocarina of Time. It is under the protection of the Forest Sage merasane, and to remove one tree is to be considered griefing. The Forest Temple resides in it's depths, and it is said that you can hear the musical notes coming from the local sage in the forest.
