N.O.I.S.E. is a very large city in New Avalon, featuring a variety of large builds and a flattened landscape and ocean.
History and Plans
NOISE started on December 4th, 2012 as a concept on the Minecraft Museum Forums, in which digitamer1983 called for the founding of a dark kingdom, rising from the ashes of the Cubic Islands. The name NOISE is actually an acronym, meaning the No One Is Stronger Empire.
Digi set out to build massive walls of iron and stone to surround his kingdom, and create guild halls for 'Gladiators' and 'Wizards' who would join his empire and help him conquer the entire. He also plans to set up a labyrinth, that new visitors must traverse in order to enter the city.

Description and Layout
Currently, as of April 6th, 2012, NOISE is a large and flat area with a handful of large buildings scattered around the place.
Decently large farms exist in places that are made to resemble the item that they grow, like a giant pumpkin with a pumpkin farm, a large chicken-shaped statue with a chicken farm inside, etc.
A museum made primarily of white wool stands near the railway station of the town, where every type of block is on display, including normally unobtainable ones like 'Portal block', 'Bedrock' and 'Snow Cover', among others.
Many empty fenced out areas exist in a grid, most likely awaiting players to move in and build their structures to fill in the city's residential areas. As such, NOISE will probably start growing again in earnest when member applications are reopened.
A stadium is being built for Ice Spleef. It is made primarily out of Cubestone.
A Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster exists in the upper portion of the city, near the ocean border.
Other builds exist as well, but they are currently not remarkable enough to comment on specifically.
Trivia
- Although NOISE is a dark empire, it doesn't really look as such yet.
- There is a colony of Testificates swimming in the ocean past the lighthouse, without a village.
- digitamer1983 would most likely appreciate it if you were to join his empire.
- NOISE claims to be in an alliance with one other nation, but it is not specified in the thread as to which ally that is.
