The Spleefosseum is located directly South of [[Greenview Plaza]], and can also be reached on Line 2 of the [[Greenview Rail Station]].

The Spleefosseum occupies the site of bhirsch's old Spleef arena, which was smaller, lacked viewing stands, and had no reloader. In addition, those who lost there had been known to die of the fall to the collector below, which still stands today.
The Spleefosseum was built to replace the obsolete and less attractive [[Old Spleefosseum]] in Pixellia. Work was begun in May of 2012, and has not yet been completed.
 
During the summer of 2011, [[User:masternoj|masternoj]] and [[User:bhirsch|bhirsch]] tore down the old arena and built the Spleefosseum in its place, adding the new features of a built-in collector and auto-reloader.
 
Recently, [[User:bhirsch|bhirsch]] has vanished from the scene in Cubic Worlds, leaving the Spleefosseum in the hands of [[User:masternoj|masternoj]], who has been known to throw impromptu tournaments.
 
Because of the design of the collector, spleefers had been known to get stuck in it, so in January of 2012, [[User:masternoj|masternoj]] rennovated the collector, extending the rear section to allow spleefers to escape.
