Zucha is a large city located in the near West of New Avalon. There is currently no way to get there by rail. It was founded in May of 2012.
Description
Zucha is/was very much a community city, for newer members to buy plots and build houses. While there does appear to be a building code, in regard to the shape and size of the houses, the materials they can be made of vary wildly.
The city basically consists of a large encompassing wall of stone brick and fencing, with the houses and other structures nestled inside. There are a great deal of houses within, all connected by gravel roads lined with glowstone lamps.
If one would like to build a new house within Zucha, one must consult with singer11 first. After obtaining permission, one can build up to 2 houses within the city walls, provided there is room for them. Mines and other holes in the ground are not allowed, and pets are expected to be kept inside houses at all times.
