This is a co-claim by SmokeAndMirrors and Macpants. This claim of a portion of flower forest and lake was intended to create a nature park for players to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and colors of the eternal spring that occurs there.
The building that can be seen in the Dynmap screen shot is a cabin Macpants built to provide shelter while exploring.
