New Greenview Plaza is the spawn point in New Avalon. It was built by the winner of the Spawn Competition back before New Avalon became the primary world, though the new spawn was not implemented until the 5th of April, 2012.
- New Greenview Plaza is the only place in the spawn area where it can rain, for safety reasons.
