History
Humble Beginnings
And so, the deceivers of Shadow Went fourth to contain Cubic Worlds evil spirits. And to trap grave robbers and add them to the overflowing crypts. ~Anonymous
Deep in the wilderness the founding members of the Shadow gathered, and plotted, and waited. In the first step to cover the land in eternal darkness, they constructed a graveyard, now known as kakiriko to the citizens of the world. Above the graveyard, the unholy temple was constructed. In it it began to fester with the fowl shadows of evil. Soon all types of mobs could be seen wandering the unholy halls.
The Great Sealing

Soon after the temple was built, it spewed fourth all of the monsters that infect the World when darkness comes. in an attempt to stop the invasion that happened every night, the citizens of the world tried to destroy the temple. They succeeded in sealing the evil off, but it was too late. The crawler had emerged from the void. and to this day travels the dark roads underground, in caves, and dark areas few dare to tread. You can hear it if you listen in the caves, as it searches for people in the caves to drag back down into the void.
The Deceivers of Shadow say that the Crawler is now trying to open up a portal to the void, so that his minions may escape. They tell of his minions forthcoming The glorious Children, that go by many names, The Endermen, The Void Walkers, and the Farlanders.
