The Black Gate is Col's current home and containment of his vast wealth
History
The Black Gate rosé from one single pillar straight from the sea. After the outer wall was build by outside help (squeedge), hordes of animals were bred under the sea. When the oceanic covering passed the field below the sea, a stairwell was brought up to lead the animals out. While the dirt field advanced with donations from Sunny and Dnolan, the underground sectors transforme into a massive network of tunnels, each to be filled with traps. A reactor core soon followed the underground expansion. Once the core was brought online, a cooling tower soon appeared
Progression
- The tower frame to 128 has been completed. After the 1.2 bukkit has been updated, Col plans to have the roof lifted to 256 and start all over again.
- The reactor and its cooling tower has been completed
- Col's super heavy vault has been completed and wrapped in mutiple layers of obby, lava and water.
- The passive mobs are now running free thruout the walls
- The main gate has been build and now runs off two different switches
- Thanks to Dnolan, Col has begun building slime spawners, one of which is below the tower
- Mushrooms have been planted in three different locations
- A little over 50% of the fortress former biome has been covered
- Hordes of Cattle, Chicken, Sheep, pigs, and Mooshrooms run free
Future plans
The tower is set to be from bedrock to sky. As the Tower currently reaches a depth of 12 and a height of 128. This tower is 49 blocks in diameter and Col plans to add a npc village to produce iron golems
Triva
- Col has built a massive army of iron golems. Numbers stand at 48 golems
- Part of the field system of the Fortress is underground
- Col has unknownly been building tunnels in a confusing fashion
