The Castle Ood is an enormous hexagonal castle under construction by Masternoj in the wilds of Avalon.

At its widest point, the Castle Ood will stretch 440 blocks, not including the portions of the towers outside the walls.

The Castle Ood will be built mostly of stone brick, with high walls, crenellated towers at each corner, and will contain a large central keep, a throne room, and vast gardens.

At present, the land for the Castle Ood is completely levelled, and construction of the walls and towers is underway.

History

The initial idea for the Castle Ood was conceived in the fall of 2011, and was developed through a few months.

The site for the build was found in December of 2011, and terraforming was completed in mid-June 2012.
