Metropolis is a city that will be built some time in the near future. Taking the north rail of the New Avalon Central Rail Station can get you there eventually.
It is currently under the ownership of JakTheMad.
Right now, the only thing that exists in Metropolis is the library, which itself is not yet finished. It is unknown what its new owner intends to do with it.
