The Cave of Wonders is an unfinished project in northern Greenview, built by Fubaka. Fubaka stopped working on this project due to a general lack of the needed resources, and ended up working on the Castle Gauntlet instead. However, that was also scrapped due to the news about Beta 1.8, so Fubaka then went and finished Snowview instead.
This project stands as a hollow shell of what it could have been. Fubaka was considering building a new one for New Avalon, but he is building that project on another server instead.
