The Public Murals are two walls covered in wool in an art-like fashion, built into the Great Library. They were made to give the visitors something pretty to look at in the courtyards of the library, and to bond those who helped build the murals. People who participated in these murals were restricted to a maximum of 5 blocks in height for their piece.
Below is a synopsis of each mural, and who built what:
Alpha Mural
The northern mural is known as the Alpha one, since it was built first. The following users worked on this mural:
- Mystic_Murray: Built the creeper face.
- masternoj: Built the Master Sword, the checkered pattern, and helped with the Nether.
- The_Maj: Worked on the Nether.
- Mursin: Built the red and white box over to the right.
- Fubaka: Worked on detail and connecting.

Beta Mural
The southern mural is known as the Beta one, since it was built second. The following users worked on this mural:
- rubix124: Built the zombie face and the Triforce.
- ColDimitri: Built the diamond and its background.
- on3win9: Built the landscape to the left.
- Fubaka: Worked on detail and connecting.

- These murals were constructed on and off, and their completion coincided with that of its mother library.
- Parts of these murals also show on the outer walls of the library.
