On3win9 is a senior user on Cubic Worlds. He is one of the more veteran Officers. He is very relaxed and is always willing to help with projects. Feel free to ask for help from this officer at any time.
This user has also been known to give materials freely to projects he feels are worthy.
Completed Projects
- On3Win9 worked extensively on The Citadel, Elite City, and has contributed to many other projects through the donation of materials to players.
Current Projects
- The Wall: A secret project at a secret location. Obviously a wall.
- The Ouroboros: The ouroboros (a snake or dragon devouring its tail) is a symbol from Full Metal Alchemist. Somewhere in the Great Sea this symbol lurks, marking On3Win9's territory. Below the depths of the ocean On3Win9 plans to build his massive storage area.

- He prides himself on his skills in wall building and leveling.
- His skin is that of Greed in perfect form from the anime Full Metal Alchemist.
