Galleria is a large circular city located within the Blue Divide Ocean of Tesseract, connected on the east and west side to the mainlands by long quartz bridges; the east bridge leading directly into the Red Marble. It is the formal successor to the Ville d'Art in New Avalon, and Le Capitale De l'Art in Voxellia, meant to hold works of art by the server's playerbase.
Current Status
Construction of Galleria began on the opening day of Tesseract, on August 13th, 2016. As of now, the city's primary structure is complete, and every small plot is available for claiming. In addition, every mural canvas is finished and available for painting on.
Current plans include finishing reinforcement of the city's underside, building the sea wall, setting up the railway, and setting up the dock villages. In addition, more quartz and glowstone is needed to replace the stone scaffolding in the city's interior.
Plot Rules
A plot is a circular area on the ground within the city. These are set up to hold artwork made by the players.
- To reserve a 3D plot, ask Fubaka. As of now only small plots may be claimed. Larger plots will be handed out only at Fubaka's discretion.
- The height limit for building on small plots is 21 blocks from the ground (grass) level of the plot. Depth limit is down to the water level.
- Do not build outside of or replace the quartz boundary (exceptions may be granted for the sake of the art, ask Fubaka for details).
- Anything may be used for building, except for active beacons.
- You may build anything as art, but Fubaka reserves the right to reject your work at his discretion and remove it (you'd have to try to do poorly for this to happen).
- If you take too long to finish your work, it will be cleared and your reservation removed.
Mural Rules
Murals are 2D works of art. Galleria has nine major areas where murals can be built, along the city's walls, and on the floors of the bridges connecting the city to the mainland. You may work on murals without specific permission, but you must still follow these rules when building.
- Do not build outside of the specified boundaries, including in the 3rd dimension.
- Build on top of the dirt/cobble base; do not replace the base.
- Feel free to chip away the edges of existing mural work as needed, but do not destroy the mural itself.
- Try to keep in theme with nearby mural work.

Trivia
- Galleria's total area (not including the docks and the bridges) is 327x327 pixels. The body of water enveloped by the city itself is known as the Sealed Sea.
- Fubaka sucked many a players' dirt reserves dry in order to furnish the city.
- The first finished plot, Light Entries, is also the structure that players warp into when entering Galleria via the Portal Tower.
