The Prophecies of Splarg is a tome of knowledge containing predictions written by Splarg the Allsighted. It contains various references to events that have taken place both in the known realms of Cubic Worlds and others.

It is written in a variety of languages and scripts in such a way that it is extremely difficult to read without very specialised insight. Only a small fraction of passages from the Prophecies have been translated after many months of research by CW staff members, though some have claimed that individual prophecies only become readable at relevant times immediately before the events being described.

Of particular interest is the book's ability to massively compresses the space it occupies, a phenomenon that allows it to bind over 4 million pages at this article's time of writing, with more pages being discovered every day. It also makes the book an extremely good paperweight.

The tone and style of Splarg's work within Prophecies has been seen to change drastically between quotations. Sometimes words are written from what appears to be his own perspective, while in other places he seems to write as if possessed by some other entity. Writings upon any given subject - especially relating to that of a group referred to as the Cubemancers - can be inconsistent and even contradictory across multiple quotations.

A copy of the Prophecies was rumoured to be held in and studied at a secret chamber within the Great Library of Pixellia although no official confirmation of this has ever been made. Given that quotations from the book continue to surface even after Avalon was abandoned, it seems logical to assume that the Prophecies remain available somewhere for inquisitive scholars to study.

Some have suggested that the book is by some means transdimensionally present in all worlds at all times and therefore cannot actually be destroyed, only misplaced. Since the contents of the book have been moderately useful in predicting several very dangerous events on the server, this could only be a good thing.
