Puggyblue999's Farmer's Market
Puggyblue999's Farmer's Market was the first and current residency of the user currently known as Doku_Wakefield49. Two other shops sprung up next to it.
History
Puggyblue999's Farmer's Market was started on a pond, less than 16x16 and not even 3 blocks deep in the summer of 2011-2012 in New Avalon. It was unknowingly settled in the Apuppy2's territory, and thus had to pay in Paper for land since the Kube system had not been put in place yet. Much of such paper, gained from sales and growing, still exists in Doku's chests without any purpose. The first form of this farm was just some Wheat seeds placed around the pond, but eventually it was modified by placing Dirt across the pond to accommodate more crops. The crops were placed in a disorganized manner, but it somehow worked. When they were harvested, the crops would be moved to the stand, which was just outside of the building. There, users would trade, usually Paper, for various crops, and sometimes other items. A mine shop opened near there and cartertrusty was planning to open shop as well, but it never happened. Once Puggyblue999 returned in a roundabout way as Doku_Wakefield49, User:Zolyx uncovered the location of Puggyblue999 and Doku returned to his farm and made it much more organized and closed the mine. A sheep farm with all of the wool colors was created nearby.
Building Style
Puggyblue999's Farmer's Market is built in a variation of Doku_Wakefield49's usual "Wooden Box" style, which is a build made entirely out of Oak Wood Planks. The difference here is that the ceiling is made of glass and the Dirt floor has not been replaced with Oak Wood Planks to allow for farming.
Surrounding Area
Near the Farmer's Market, there is a lava lake which has disposed of many items, a forest, a desert where much of the Sand for the Glass roof was gained, and a mini-biome which spawns a surprisingly high amount of sheep. The non-natural features near there include a few builds by Apuppy2 and a house by another user, both of which are North of the market.
