The Clock Tower is the dominant feature of Time Square. It plays the Winchester Chimes approximately once every 2 game hours.
You can also ascend to the top of tower, via the entrance at the back, where you can purchase all things redstoney, and also take a walk around the outside of the roof for great views across Tesseract City.
